DMV Hearing

Stephen David Sitkoff talks about the DMV hearing and the reason why a DMV hearing is requested.

DMV Hearing

A DMV hearing differs from a criminal trail and that is because it is an administrative hearing in front of an administrative hearing officer, not a jury trial. The purpose of a DMV hearing is to determine whether the person is going to lose their privilege to drive for a time. At Takakjian & Sitkoff, we have conducted thousands of these hearing with excellent results. We will cross examine the officer involved in the case in order to maintain you privilege to drive. Please call us as soon as you get arrested for a DUI because there is a limited time period in order to request this hearing. The sooner you call us, the sooner we can go to work at maintaining your privileges to drive.
